More Mature Monkeys

WHAT DOES THE SESSION INVOLVE?

Through completing sessions with our Redpoint Worcester Staff, we will be able to assess the skills, along with providing an area for progressing those skills, in a controlled environment. Once assessed, we will then be able to put in place the relevant steps in order for an under 18 to climb independently within our centre. Our More Mature Monkeys is the best pathway in being able to provide us with the relevant knowledge for you to achieve this.

Within these sessions we will coach the young person both psychically and mentally, giving them a greater understanding of the technical skills involved within indoor rock climbing, along with equipping them with the knowledge required to keep safe. This is also a great opportunity for them to create new social connections with people their own age, and ask our instructors anything they’d like to know about progressing through their climbing journey.
