Cancellation Policy
Confirmation of booking is only complete once we have received either; a 50% deposit or the invoicing details (email address).
Please try to give as much notice as possible of any changes to your booking.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will be entitled to a refund of any funds paid, with the option to apply your funds to a later booking, at our discretion. If bookings are cancelled (this includes trying to move the booking to a different time/date) within 72 hours of the booking date, we reserve the right to retain any funds paid.
Final payment (less deposit) is due on the day of your booking before your session begins (if applicable).
Invoiced group cancellation: We require a minimum of 72 hours to move or cancel a booking. If we are not notified of a change to the number of participants or requested instructors before this period, we reserve the right to charge for the agreed number of instructors at the time of booking. All no-show groups without notifying us will be charged in full.
Catered Parties
If a catered party (Gold or Platinum) are cancelled (this includes trying to move the booking to a different time/date) within 7 days of the booking date, we reserve the right to retain any funds paid to cover our costs.
Exclusive Hire
If an exclusive hire is cancelled (this includes trying to move the booking to a different time/date) within 7 days of the booking date, we reserve the right to retain any funds paid or to recover our costs via invoicing.
